Various machines and devices are available, depending on the amount of oil to be treated and the use for which the product is destined. The systems can filter lubricating oils as well as hydraulic oils, mineral oils and synthetic oils.
Keeping the process oil continuously clean using appropriate filtration contributes towards:

SELF-CLEANING FILTERS FOR LUBRICANT OIL AND HYDRAULIC OIL
Filtereco SELF-CLEANING FILTERS are fully automatic, able to filter continuously without the need to change the filter media over time. The self-cleaning filters are equipped with an automatic electronic control system that activates washing cycles at programmed times. This ensures a continuous cycle that keeps the filtering core perfectly clean.
SELF-CLEANING FILTERS can be fitted with sensors to continuously monitor the degree of clogging in the filter element.
These devices make it possible to prevent the filter from clogging, independently of the timer settings
SELF-CLEANING FILTERS are ideal:
- dirt causes a high consumption of filter cartridges, and therefore greater costs
- when there is excessive dirt
- to reduce the use of manpower
- for filtration from 10 to 1000 μ
