FILTER BRICK is the ultimate self-cleaning filter for glue filtration in the tissue industry. It is patent pending and represents the evolution of our FSC-9 filter (250 units sold in the tissue sector).
It is usually installed on board the machine, on the double-ply gluing unit or the lamination unit, but it is ideal for the entire paper industry. The filter is always delivered turnkey.

RatioMix is a compact, automatic system that mixes and prepares glue at the required concentration directly in line, with no need for storage tanks or batch mixing.
Designed for the tissue sector, it delivers glue that is always fresh, prepared on demand and of consistent quality, while reducing waste and simplifying plant management.

- It measures the glue concentration in the Filter Brick tank or in the container of glue returning from the doctor blade
- It sends the values to RatioMix
- RatioMix produces the amount of glue needed at the required concentration
